近年来，高校改革尤其是高校“去行政化”已成为社会各界共同关注的热点问题，由于以往的高校行政管理体制模式僵化，弊端百出，“去行政化”是大势所趋。那么，高校领导者应如何面对这一现实状况，适应时代改革潮流呢？高校“去行政化”给领导者提出了明显的要求，要端正态度，摒弃不良之风，手中的权力要在有限的范围内行使，塑造自身的非权力性影响力就成为了必然之择，只有这样才能在广大师生中树立自己的威信，让学校形成一股合力，推动学校的有效运转。
