某钒钛磁铁矿尾矿品位较低,T iO2品位为3.2%,试样中钛铁矿的含量为5%。试样中 T iO2在细级别中分布较多。试样经磁选预选可有效的抛除大量尾矿,钛粗精矿经分级后的重选效果较好,然后采用高压电选工艺,可获得品位大于38%的钛精矿。“磁选-重选-电选”综合条件试验可获得T iO2品位为39.28%,回收率13.87%的钛精矿。
某釩鈦磁鐵礦尾礦品位較低,T iO2品位為3.2%,試樣中鈦鐵礦的含量為5%。試樣中 T iO2在細級彆中分佈較多。試樣經磁選預選可有效的拋除大量尾礦,鈦粗精礦經分級後的重選效果較好,然後採用高壓電選工藝,可穫得品位大于38%的鈦精礦。“磁選-重選-電選”綜閤條件試驗可穫得T iO2品位為39.28%,迴收率13.87%的鈦精礦。

A certain V-Ti magnetite tailing is of the type of low grade sample .The grade of TiO2 in the sample is 3 .2% ,and the content of ilmenite in the sample is 5% .TiO2 is mainly distributed in the fine sample .After discarding tailings by magnetic separation ,rough concentrate with the TiO2 grade of 12% was obtained .Then rough concentrate was classficated to carry on the gravity and electrostatic separation ,and concentrate with TiO2 grade of 38% was gained .Based on the process of “magnetic-gravity-electrostatic separation” ,the grade of TiO2 in final concentration is 39 .28% ,and the recovery rate of TiO2 is 13 .87% .
