在深入研究CDIO理论的基础上，本文作者结合当前高职发展的需要，构建了具有职教特色的VAC-CDIO人才培养方案，以职业能力培养为主；职业愿景的强化、职业文化的侵染为辅架构完善了室内专业人才培养的课程体系，通过实施与运行的具体情况对这一课程体系进行全面解析。
