针对目前高职机械类相近专业人才培养方案设计的不足，通过整合与优化，组建机械制造技术专业群。以模块化方式构建专业群课程体系，以"大综合+小项目"特征创建实训体系，展开专业群和产业群相互协作，实现机械制造技术技能人才高质、高效培养。探索解决机械行业复合型人才和创新型人才短缺问题，同时为其他高职院校相关专业建设提供思路。
침대목전고직궤계류상근전업인재배양방안설계적불족，통과정합여우화，조건궤계제조기술전업군。이모괴화방식구건전업군과정체계，이"대종합+소항목"특정창건실훈체계，전개전업군화산업군상호협작，실현궤계제조기술기능인재고질、고효배양。탐색해결궤계행업복합형인재화창신형인재단결문제，동시위기타고직원교상관전업건설제공사로。
As the professional engineering talent cultivation in vocational colleges lacks the good cultivation plan, this paper discusses the formation of the professional group of mechanical manufacturing technology through the integration and optimization. Training system with the "comprehensive + project" feature is established to carry out the coordination of professional group and industry group, and to realize the talent cultivation. This paper explores the solution of compound talent and the shortage of innovative talent in machinery industry,and provides ideas for other related specialty construction in vocational colleges.
