孔子礼学虽然脱胎于周礼,但在对“礼”之正当性的解释上,孔子礼学与周礼存在根本不同,周礼通过“礼、德、天道”的理论思路解释礼之正当性,而孔子礼学则发现了周礼所忽视的主体价值自觉意识,提出了以“仁、义、礼”为基本架构的礼学体系,完成了从功利之“礼”到仁义之“礼”的价值转向。孔子礼学与周礼,看似“貌合”,实为“神离”。
孔子禮學雖然脫胎于週禮,但在對“禮”之正噹性的解釋上,孔子禮學與週禮存在根本不同,週禮通過“禮、德、天道”的理論思路解釋禮之正噹性,而孔子禮學則髮現瞭週禮所忽視的主體價值自覺意識,提齣瞭以“仁、義、禮”為基本架構的禮學體繫,完成瞭從功利之“禮”到仁義之“禮”的價值轉嚮。孔子禮學與週禮,看似“貌閤”,實為“神離”。

Although the Confucius Rites theory comes from the Rites of Zhou, they have radically different on the legitimacy explanation of Rite. The Rites of Zhou explain the legitimacy of Rite by the“Rite, Virtue, Way of Heaven”theory, while the Confucius Rites theory discovered the principal value self-consciousness which is overlooked by the Rites of Zhou, then it put forward a Rite theory based on“Humanity, Righteousness, Rite”theory and finished the value transformation from utilitarian Rites to humanitarian and righteous Rites. The Confucius Rites theory and the Rites of Zhou are seemingly in harmony but actually at variance.
