聊城市自然资源丰富，农业生产较为发达，农业面源污染情况也随之而来。从人口数量、经济需求、效率、产量需求、制度等方面，分析了农业面源污染产生的原因，结果显示，农药、化肥、农膜的不合理或者过量使用，秸秆、畜禽类粪便的不合理处理构成了农业面源污染的来源。从而造成了水土流失，土壤板结，形成水体富营养化，影响地下水质量，污染饮用水源，影响人们身体健康以及白色污染等危害。为此，应从制度的设计、农业生态模式的优化、“末端治理”方法的推广、农民环保意识的提高等方面做出积极努力，减轻农业面源污染的危害。

Liaocheng has abundant natural resources and the relatively developed agricultural productions which caused agricultural non-point source pollution.The paper analyzed the reasons of agricultural non-point source pollution from the aspects of population, economy, efficiency, output demands, system.The results showed that unreasonable or excessive application of pesticides, chemical fertilizer, agricultural film and unsuitable handling straw, livestock and poultry manure were the sources of agricultural non-point source pollution.And these sources caused soil erosion and soil compaction, formed water eutrophication, affected the quality of groundwater, polluted the source of drinking water, harmed human health and caused the white pollution.Last this paper put forward some controlled and treated countermeasures from the design of system , the optimization of the ecological agricultural mode, the method of end of governance and the improvement of environment protection consciousness.
