吸烟相关性肺间质纤维化(smoking-related interstitial fibrosis,SRIF)是近几年出现的新临床术语.与吸烟密切相关;症状相对较轻,病程进展缓慢;影像学特征缺乏特异性,高分辨率CT有助于临床诊断;病理特征鲜明,以肺泡间隔透明致密纤维化为特征,多伴有肺气肿;预后相对较好,有别于其他类型间质性肺病.本文就SRIF病理学特征、临床意义、诊断及鉴别诊断予以概述,以提高临床医务工作者对SRIF的认识.

Smoking-related interstitial fibrosis (SRIF) is a new clinical term which is proposed in recent years.First of all,it is closely related to smoking.And its symptoms are relatively mild,with slow progression.Secondly,even through,its radiological images are short of specificity,high resolution CT may be helpful for clinical diagnosis,but its pathological features are significantly different.The alveolar septa is thickened by transparent and dense collagen accompany with emphysema in most situations.Thirdly,its prognosis is better relatively,which differs from other interstitial lung diseases.This article overviews the pathologic features,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of SRIF,with the wish to improve the clinical understanding of medical workers on SRIF.
