以Gravesac、 SO4、1103P、3309C砧木嫁接的葡萄品种赤霞珠为试材,分析了嫁接葡萄植株盛花期和转色期叶柄中矿质元素的含量,以探讨不同砧木品种对嫁接葡萄矿质元素吸收特性的影响。结果表明:4种砧木嫁接的葡萄植株在盛花期和转色期对K和Cu的吸收效率均较高,另外,利用Gravesac砧木嫁接的葡萄植株对N、 Zn和Mn吸收效率较高,对Fe吸收效率较低;利用SO4砧木嫁接的葡萄植株在盛花期对P、 Ca和B吸收效率较高,对N、 Zn和Mg吸收较差,在转色期对P、 N和B吸收效率较高,对Mg吸收较差;利用1103 P砧木嫁接的葡萄植株对Mg、 Ca和Fe吸收效率较高,在盛花期对Mn和 B吸收较差,在转色期对N和B吸收较差;利用3309 C砧木嫁接的葡萄植株在盛花期对Fe吸收效率较高,对 P、 B 和Mn吸收较差,在转色期对P、 Zn和Mn吸收较差。

Effects of four rootstocks on mineral nutrition contents of petioles of Cabernet Sauvignon on Gravesac , SO4, 1103Paulsen, 3309Couderc were studied.Ten nutrient element contents of petioles were analyzed during bloom and veraison stage of grafting grape plants.The results showed that Cabernet Sauvignon on four rootstocks had higher K and Cu during bloom and veraison stage, it had higher N, Zn, Mn and lower Fe contents with Gravesac rootstock compared to that of SO4, 1103Paulsen and 3309Couderc.Cabernet Sauvignon on SO4 rootstock had higher P, K, B and lower N, Zn, Mg values than that of other rootstocks during bloom stage, and during veraison stage it had higher P, N, B and lower Mg.Cabernet Sauvignon on 1103Paulsen rootstock had higher Mg, Ca and Fe contents, lower Mn, B values during bloom stage and N, B values during veraison stage.Cabernet Sauvignon on 3309Couderc rootstock had higher Fe content, lower P, B, Mn during bloom stage and P, Zn, Mn values during veraison stage.
