以海陆杂交后代优质纤维品系1109系为试验材料，以高产型棉花品种冀棉616为对照，比较了自然花粉授粉、人工自花授粉和人工异花授粉3种授粉方式下不孕籽的发生规律，及其对产量和产量性状的影响。结果表明：1109系3种授粉方式处理的不孕籽率均极显著＞冀棉616，从而导致其单铃重、籽棉产量和皮棉产量均极显著＜冀棉616，但人工自花授粉和人工异花授粉处理均能够有效减少1109系的不孕籽数量，降低不孕籽率，对增加单铃重和产量有积极作用，其中人工辅助花授粉处理效果最佳。

Using high quality cotton 1109 as test material, the high yield type cotton varieties Jimian 616 as control, the occurrence of infertile seeds under the three pollination methods of natural pollination , auxiliary pollination and exogenous pollen pollination, and the effects on yield traits were analyzed.The results showed that the rate of sterile seeds of 1109 under three pollination methods were all extremely significantly higher than that of Jimian 616, it caused that single boll weight, the yields of seed cotton and lint cotton were very significantly lower than that of Jimian 616.The auxiliary pollination and exogenous pollen pollination treatments could effectively reduce the sterile seed rate of 1109, then increase the boll weight and yield, among them, auxiliary pollination treatment had the best effect.
