太行山隧道施工中遇到富水宽张裂隙带,左线长度218 m、右线长度200 m,超前探孔单孔最大涌水量230 m3/h,静水压力0.8 MPa,围岩为Ⅲ级石英砂岩。施工中先后采取全断面帷幕注浆、带水作业、周边注浆等方法。工程实践表明:(1)3种方法均可以满足开挖要求,施工进度分别为25、20、39 m/月,周边注浆处理该类地层更有优势;(2)带水作业必须满足超前探孔单孔出水量小于40 m3/h、总涌水量小于300 m3/h、破碎裂隙段长度小于3 m的要求,否则,施工安全和进度无法保证;(3)周边注浆与全断面帷幕注浆相比,注浆孔数量减少59%,注浆时间缩短56%,进度提高56%;(4)全断面帷幕注浆采用2 L/min/m作为检查孔出水量标准是合适的,并可适度放宽,周边注浆可采用5 L/min/m的标准。

The construction of Taihangshan tunnel is encountered in water rich and wide tension fissure zone with left line length 218 m and right line length 200 m. The maximum gushing water is predicted to be 230 m3/h and the static water pressure 0. 8 MPa. The surrounding rock is grade quartz sandstone. It is constructed with full face curtain grouting in presence of water and with peripheral grouting method. Engineering practices show that: ( 1 ) the three methods can meet the requirements for excavation with construction progress 25 m/month, 20 m/month and 39m/month respectively, the peripheral grouting treatment of the formation is very advantageous;(2) construction with presence of water must satisfy the requirements for advanced hole drilling single hole water less than 40 m3/h, the total water amount less than 300 m3/h and crack length less than 3 m, otherwise, the construction safety and schedule cannot be guaranteed; ( 3 ) compared with surrounding grouting and full face curtain grouting, grouting hole is reduced by 59%, grouting time cut by 56%, schedule increased by 56%; ( 4 ) the entire cross-section curtain grouting by using 2 L/min/m as the inspection hole water volume standard is appropriate, and may be extended and 5L/min/m standard may be applied for peripheral grouting.
