为了研究谷子光温敏不育系A2在张家口市夏天育性转换的情况,于2012年5月3日~7月3日采取分期播种(每隔15 d播种1次,共播种5次)的方式,调查了不同播期下其套袋自交结实率和农艺性状(倒一叶面积、倒二叶面积、株高、茎粗、穗长和穗粗)的变化。结果表明:在张家口市沙岭子镇,不育系A2不同播期处理的套袋自交结实率为4.21%~7.34%,变化规律不明显,处于高度不育。张家口市沙岭子镇夏天适合进行谷子杂交制种,但适宜播期有利于促进植株生长和穗部发育,从而提高谷子杂交制种的产量。
為瞭研究穀子光溫敏不育繫A2在張傢口市夏天育性轉換的情況,于2012年5月3日~7月3日採取分期播種(每隔15 d播種1次,共播種5次)的方式,調查瞭不同播期下其套袋自交結實率和農藝性狀(倒一葉麵積、倒二葉麵積、株高、莖粗、穗長和穗粗)的變化。結果錶明:在張傢口市沙嶺子鎮,不育繫A2不同播期處理的套袋自交結實率為4.21%~7.34%,變化規律不明顯,處于高度不育。張傢口市沙嶺子鎮夏天適閤進行穀子雜交製種,但適宜播期有利于促進植株生長和穗部髮育,從而提高穀子雜交製種的產量。
위료연구곡자광온민불육계A2재장가구시하천육성전환적정황,우2012년5월3일~7월3일채취분기파충(매격15 d파충1차,공파충5차)적방식,조사료불동파기하기투대자교결실솔화농예성상(도일협면적、도이협면적、주고、경조、수장화수조)적변화。결과표명:재장가구시사령자진,불육계A2불동파기처리적투대자교결실솔위4.21%~7.34%,변화규률불명현,처우고도불육。장가구시사령자진하천괄합진행곡자잡교제충,단괄의파기유리우촉진식주생장화수부발육,종이제고곡자잡교제충적산량。
In order to study the fertility alteration of foxtail millet PTGMS Line A2 in Zhangjiakou City in summer, the materials were sowed every 15 days from May 3 to July 3 in 2012, then the changes of the self-setting rate of bagged and agronomic traits (leaf area, plant height, stem diameter, ear length and ear diameter) at different sowing date were investigated.The results showed that the self-setting rate of PTGMS Line A2 in Shalingzi Town of Zhangjiakou City was between 4.21% to 7.34% at highly sterile, the variation was not obvious.It illustrated that the summer of Shalingzi Town was suitable for millet hybrid seed production.In addition, the suitable sowing time helped to promote growth of millet plants and development of ear, thereby improving the yield of millet hybrid seed production.
