利用简单的递归方法和期望效用理论建立模型可以分析大学生求职时的职业选择行为。求职者在选择市场化职业和公务员职业时,既会比较两种职业的期望收入高低,也会考虑收入波动有多大,而且在做决策时还要考虑终身收入的贴现值。通过分析事例和数据可以得出结论,公务员收入不仅相对稳定,而且普遍存在隐性收入和灰色收入,其退休后的保障也高于市场化职业。因此,公务员的终身期望收入的现值高于市场化职业所能得到收入的现值,这是公务员职业拥有吸引力的重要原因。

By establishing a model with reference to recursion method and expected utility ,the undergraduates’ preference when hunting for jobs can be analyzed . When placed in a dilemma of whether to work in market enterprises or be a public servant ,not only will the applicant compare the level and fluctuation of expected income of these two kinds of jobs ,but also they will consider the discount value of life-long income at the decision-making moment .It can be included ,via analyzing cases and data ,the reasons w hy public servants are so popular are that the job in the civil service allow s people stay eternally employed with invisible income or gray income and they boast superior security service after retirement ,all of which are conducive to a higher life-long expected income than normal jobs .
