采用热模压工艺制备聚醚醚酮/聚四氟乙烯(PEEK/PTFE)复合材料,研究 PTFE 对复合轴承材料拉伸强度、邵氏硬度和摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:随着 PTFE 含量的增加,摩擦因数显著降低,延长了轴承材料寿命。当 PTFE 含量为5%时,复合材料的拉伸强度为93 MPa,邵氏硬度为83,摩擦因数为0.19,磨损量为0.072 mm3,综合性能最佳,满足水润滑轴承材料在力学、吸水性、长寿命等方面的要求。

The PEEK/PTFE composite is prepared by hot mould -pressing process,the effects of PTFE on tensile strength,Shore hardness and tribological properties of composite are studied.The results show that the friction coeffi-cient significantly reduces with the increase of content of PTFE,and the life of bearing material is prolonged.When the content of PTFE is 5%,the composite has optimal combination property with tensile strength of 93 MPa,Shore hard-ness of 83,friction coefficient of 0.1 9,wear loss of 0.072 mm3 .The requirements about mechanical property,hygro-scopicity and long life for composite of water lubricated bearings are satisfied.
