针对轻系列轴承内圈内孔车加工、冲床冲压存在尺寸精度差、效率低及有安全隐患等问题,设计了专用冲压套圈内孔辅助装置,在曲轴压力机上利用曲柄滑块机构、连杆机构、U 形管等组合机构,借助控制器和离合器电气联动,提高了冲压质量,解决了存在的问题。
針對輕繫列軸承內圈內孔車加工、遲床遲壓存在呎吋精度差、效率低及有安全隱患等問題,設計瞭專用遲壓套圈內孔輔助裝置,在麯軸壓力機上利用麯柄滑塊機構、連桿機構、U 形管等組閤機構,藉助控製器和離閤器電氣聯動,提高瞭遲壓質量,解決瞭存在的問題。

Aiming at problems about poor dimensional accuracy,low efficiency and potential safety risk during punc-hing and turning inner hole in inner ring of light series bearing,a special auxiliary device is designed for stamping of inner hole in ring.With the help of electrical linkage between controller and clutch,the stamping quality is improved, and the problems are solved by using combination mechanism in crankshaft press,such as crank -slider mechanism, linkage mechanism and U -tube.
