为了满足电能质量监测高速、高精度、实时性和连续性等性能指标,设计了基于双 CPU 结构的风力机组电能质量监测系统。介绍了电能质量监测系统的组成,分析了电力参数测量算法,并进行了软件设计。试验结果表明,电能质量监测系统运行可靠,满足电能质量在线监测的实际需求。

To meet the high speed,high precision,instantaneity and continuity of power quality monitoring,this paper designed a power quality monitoring system of wind turbine generator based on the double CPU structure.The components of power quality monitoring system were introduced,and the measuring algorithms of electric parameters were analyzed.The software was designed.The test results show that the power quality monitoring system installed in the power plant has a reliable operation to meet the practical requirements.
