在不同淬火温度、冷处理方式和回火温度下对 W2Mo9Cr4VCo8高速钢的硬度及组织进行试验研究,结果表明:在1150~1220℃淬火,随着淬火温度的提高,淬火硬度有逐渐下降的趋势;在不同的冷处理工艺和520,535,550℃温度下回火3次,试样的硬度及回火组织差别不大;不同淬、回火温度下,回火3次后试样的残余奥氏体含量均为零。基于试验分析优化了 W2Mo9Cr4VCo8的热处理工艺。

재불동쉬화온도、랭처리방식화회화온도하대 W2Mo9Cr4VCo8고속강적경도급조직진행시험연구,결과표명:재1150~1220℃쉬화,수착쉬화온도적제고,쉬화경도유축점하강적추세;재불동적랭처리공예화520,535,550℃온도하회화3차,시양적경도급회화조직차별불대;불동쉬、회화온도하,회화3차후시양적잔여오씨체함량균위령。기우시험분석우화료 W2Mo9Cr4VCo8적열처리공예。
The hardness and structure of high speed steel W2Mo9Cr4VCo8 are experimentally studied under different quenching temperature,cold treatment mode and tempering temperature.The results show that the quenching hardness gradually decreases with the increase of quenching temperature when quenching temperature is 1 1 50 ~1 220 ℃.Af-ter different cold treatment and tempering at 520,535 and 550 ℃ temperature,there are not significant differences for hardness and tempering microstructure.The content of residual austenite after tempering three times is zero under dif-ferent quenching and tempering temperature.The heat treatment technology for W2Mo9Cr4VCo8 is optimized based on experimental analysis.
