基于天津新港北铁路集装箱中心站工程,并结合场地状况,对地基处理方案进行研究和比选,选择真空堆载联合预压法作为地基处理方案。根据铁路行业相关设计规范,就真空堆载联合预压法在铁路工程中的应用设计进行详细阐述,重点通过试验段研究、地基沉降计算和地基固结计算等提出真空预压控制指标,并通过对增压防堵真空预压区(ZY-5)监测和检测结果分析,验证整个计算过程的合理性和准确性。
基于天津新港北鐵路集裝箱中心站工程,併結閤場地狀況,對地基處理方案進行研究和比選,選擇真空堆載聯閤預壓法作為地基處理方案。根據鐵路行業相關設計規範,就真空堆載聯閤預壓法在鐵路工程中的應用設計進行詳細闡述,重點通過試驗段研究、地基沉降計算和地基固結計算等提齣真空預壓控製指標,併通過對增壓防堵真空預壓區(ZY-5)鑑測和檢測結果分析,驗證整箇計算過程的閤理性和準確性。

Based on the engineering in Tianjin Xingang North railway container central station, and in accordance with site conditions, this paper addresses the foundation treatment and selection of vacuum-mound preloading method. According to the design specifications related to railway industry, the application of vacuum-mound preloading method in railway engineering design is expatiated. Control indices of vacuum preloading are put forward after study on test section, calculation of foundation settlement and ground consolidation. The reasonableness and accuracy of entire calculation process is verified by monitoring and detection of anti-clogging&pressure boosted vacuum preloading area ( ZY-5 ) .
