目的：探讨孟鲁司特钠联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法：使用随机数字表法将本院收治的108例支气管哮喘患者分为联合组和对照组（n=54），对照组单用舒利迭进行治疗，联合组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特钠治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：联合组治疗后的FVC、FEV1、PEF值及临床控制率、总有效率均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；联合组治疗后的哮喘积分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：孟鲁司特钠联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘，可有效缓解临床症状，改善肺功能，临床疗效显著，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토맹로사특납연합서리질치료지기관효천적림상료효。방법：사용수궤수자표법장본원수치적108례지기관효천환자분위연합조화대조조（n=54），대조조단용서리질진행치료，연합조재대조조기출상가용맹로사특납치료，비교량조적치료효과。결과：연합조치료후적FVC、FEV1、PEF치급림상공제솔、총유효솔균현저고우대조조（P<0.05）；연합조치료후적효천적분현저저우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：맹로사특납연합서리질치료지기관효천，가유효완해림상증상，개선폐공능，림상료효현저，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with Seretide in treatment of bronchial asthma.Method:Using a random number table 108 cases of bronchial asthma patients were divided into the control group and the combination group(n=54).The control group was treated with seretide,the combination group was treated with seretide and montelukast,comparing the treatment effects of two groups.Result:The combined group FVC,FEV1,PEF values and clinical control rate after treatment,the total effective rate was significantly higher (P<0.05).Asthma integral combined group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Montelukast joint Seretide treatment of bronchial asthma,which can effectively relieve symptoms, improve ventilation,significant clinical effect, should be widely applied.
