目的：探讨寻常型银屑病皮损出现湿疹样改变的发生率及相关因素。方法收集2013年12月—2014年4月就诊于空军总医院皮肤科门诊的寻常型银屑病患者241例，通过制订病例调查表记录患者信息和病情变化情况，利用图像采集设备记录皮损图像信息，应用SPSS16.0软件和Excel软件进行数据分析。结果241例中，出现湿疹样改变122例，发生率为50.6%；出现湿疹样改变与未出现湿疹样改变的患者在皮肤类型、瘙痒评分及疾病分期方面差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；在性别、年龄、家族史、病程及皮损形态上差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论寻常型银屑病患者自觉瘙痒感强烈、皮肤干燥或处于进展期时，皮损易出现湿疹样改变，在治疗早期应当重视口服止痒药物及外用保湿剂，联合治疗，以提高疗效，促进皮损消退。
목적：탐토심상형은설병피손출현습진양개변적발생솔급상관인소。방법수집2013년12월—2014년4월취진우공군총의원피부과문진적심상형은설병환자241례，통과제정병례조사표기록환자신식화병정변화정황，이용도상채집설비기록피손도상신식，응용SPSS16.0연건화Excel연건진행수거분석。결과241례중，출현습진양개변122례，발생솔위50.6%；출현습진양개변여미출현습진양개변적환자재피부류형、소양평분급질병분기방면차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；재성별、년령、가족사、병정급피손형태상차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론심상형은설병환자자각소양감강렬、피부간조혹처우진전기시，피손역출현습진양개변，재치료조기응당중시구복지양약물급외용보습제，연합치료，이제고료효，촉진피손소퇴。
Objective To investigate the incidence and related factors of the psoriasis vulgaris patients with eczema appearrance. Methods The patients with psoriasis vulgaris were collected from Air Force General Hospital dermatology clinic between December 2013 and April 2014; statistical scale was established and the image acquisition equipment to record the basic information and gross and microscopic lesion was used; the SPSS 16.0 software and Excel software were made into use for data analysis. Results The 241 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris included 137 male cases and 104 female cases. Among the total of 122 cases of patients with eczema appearance change, the rate was 50.6%, this change of patients in gender, age, family history, course of diseases, season had no statistically significant differences; however, the skin type, different degree of pruritus and disease staging difference were statistically significant. Conclusion Patients with psoriasis vulgaris have strong itching feeling or have dry skin, or they are in progressive stage, the skin lesion will easily have eczema-change. In the early treatment, the itching drugs and humectant should be paid greatly attention to. The medicine should be used jointly to improve curative effect, also to promote skin lesions to disappear.
