针对目前市场上排种监视器计数不准、抗干扰能力差等缺点,采用微计算机智能控制与光电检测技术相结合的方法,设计一种新型玉米精密播种机排种监视器。该监视器在固定时间间隔内,根据光电传感器实时监测的玉米落籽情况,统计漏播指数、重播指数及合格指数等重要参数,并且具有面积自动统计、掉电计数及漏播报警等功能。经实际使用结果证明,该监视器结构合理,性能稳定可靠,对农业生产具有巨大的生产意义和经济效益。
針對目前市場上排種鑑視器計數不準、抗榦擾能力差等缺點,採用微計算機智能控製與光電檢測技術相結閤的方法,設計一種新型玉米精密播種機排種鑑視器。該鑑視器在固定時間間隔內,根據光電傳感器實時鑑測的玉米落籽情況,統計漏播指數、重播指數及閤格指數等重要參數,併且具有麵積自動統計、掉電計數及漏播報警等功能。經實際使用結果證明,該鑑視器結構閤理,性能穩定可靠,對農業生產具有巨大的生產意義和經濟效益。

Seeding monitors on the market today have defects such as inaccurate counting and poor anti-interference ability. A new type of seeding monitor of precise corn seeder is designed with microcomputer intelligent control technol-ogy and photoelectric detection technology in this paper. Important parameters such as the miss-seeding index, reseed-ing index and qualified index are figured out by the monitor in fixed time intervals according to the falling-seed condi-tion monitored by photoelectric sensor in real time. It also has the functions of automatic area statistics, powering-off counting and miss-seeding warning etc. The actual application results prove the monitor has reasonable structure,stable and reliable performance and has huge significance and economic benefits for the production of agricultural production.
