目的:评价本院喹诺酮类抗菌药物临床应用的安全性。方法:选择2013年12月-2014年12月于本院就诊的80例应用喹诺酮类抗菌药物的患者为观察组;另外选择同期入院的80例具有相同适应证的应用其他抗菌药物的患者为对照组。结果:观察组患者在使用喹诺酮类抗菌药后的总有效率为73.7%,明显高于对照组的47.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者在使用抗菌药后的不良反应发生率为41.2%,明显低于对照组的92.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,患者的不良反应与其年龄、给药方式和不良反应出现时间关系密切(P<0.05),和患者的性别没有明显关系(P>0.05)。结论:本院喹诺酮类抗菌药物临床应用安全性良好,能有效减少不良反应,增强药物的有效率,值得借鉴应用。

목적:평개본원규낙동류항균약물림상응용적안전성。방법:선택2013년12월-2014년12월우본원취진적80례응용규낙동류항균약물적환자위관찰조;령외선택동기입원적80례구유상동괄응증적응용기타항균약물적환자위대조조。결과:관찰조환자재사용규낙동류항균약후적총유효솔위73.7%,명현고우대조조적47.5%,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조환자재사용항균약후적불량반응발생솔위41.2%,명현저우대조조적92.5%,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。동시,환자적불량반응여기년령、급약방식화불량반응출현시간관계밀절(P<0.05),화환자적성별몰유명현관계(P>0.05)。결론:본원규낙동류항균약물림상응용안전성량호,능유효감소불량반응,증강약물적유효솔,치득차감응용。
Objective:To evaluate the safety of our hospital QN antibacterial drug clinical applications. Method:A retrospective selection of patients from December 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital, 80 patients were treated with QN antibacterial drugs, according to the order of their admission into observation group; 80 cases were treated with the same effective drugs,divided into control group according to the order of admission.Result:Patients after the use of antimicrobial drugs in total efficiency of 73.7% was significantly higher than patients in the control group of 47.5%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Adverse reactions were observed,the rate of observation group was 41.2% after use of antimicrobial drugs was significantly lower than the rate of adverse events 92.5% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time,patients’ age, mode of administration and time of occurrence were connected with patients’ adverse reaction,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).However,compared with the patients’ gender,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion: QN antibacterial drug application in our hospital is safety , it can effectively reduce the adverse reaction and enhance the effectiveness of drugs,worth widely used.
