目的:探究责任组长负责制排班模式在胸外科临床护理的应用效果,改变护理模式,优化重组,提高护理人力的使用率,最大程度地满足患者需求,提高患者对护理的满意度。方法:自2013年1月起,在胸外科实施护理小组长负责制,实行护士长-责任组长-责任护士的垂直管理,使护理质量责任人由护士长扩展到责任组长和护士,细化分工,强化各岗位职责,问责到个人。对比传统排班模式及责任组长负责制两种模式的患者满意度、护理质量、护士工作压力。结果:实施责任组长负责制排班模式后患者对护理的满意度及护理质量有明显提高,护士工作压力较实施前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施责任组长负责制排班模式可提高患者对护理的满意度、提高护理质量、减轻护士工作压力。

목적:탐구책임조장부책제배반모식재흉외과림상호리적응용효과,개변호리모식,우화중조,제고호리인력적사용솔,최대정도지만족환자수구,제고환자대호리적만의도。방법:자2013년1월기,재흉외과실시호리소조장부책제,실행호사장-책임조장-책임호사적수직관리,사호리질량책임인유호사장확전도책임조장화호사,세화분공,강화각강위직책,문책도개인。대비전통배반모식급책임조장부책제량충모식적환자만의도、호리질량、호사공작압력。결과:실시책임조장부책제배반모식후환자대호리적만의도급호리질량유명현제고,호사공작압력교실시전강저,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:실시책임조장부책제배반모식가제고환자대호리적만의도、제고호리질량、감경호사공작압력。
Objective:To explore group leader responsibility system effect in thoracic surgery scheduling, change the model of nursing, optimize and reorganize ,and improve the utilization of nursing manpower, the greatest extent possible to meet patients needs and improve patients satisfaction nursing.Method: Since January 2013 the team leader responsibility system were used,that was implementing charge nurse-primary group leader-primary nurse vertical management,the liability of supervising quality were extended by charge nurse to head nurse responsible team leader and nurses, detailed division of labor, and strengthen the various job responsibilities,and accountability to the people. Patients’ satisfaction of two modes,quality of nursing,and nurses working pressure were compared.Result:Before and after the implementation of the responsibility of team leader in charge of patient nursing system scheduling mode satisfaction, quality of nursing, nurses operating pressures, patients’ satisfaction and quality of nursing has improved significantly for nursing, nurses working pressure lower than before,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Implementation group leader’s responsibility system and scheduling mode improve patients satisfaction of nursing ,improve nursing quality,and reduce the nurse work pressure.
