目的：探讨二甲双胍联合妈富隆（去氧孕烯炔雌醇）对多囊卵巢综合征不孕治疗的临床效果。方法：采用随机数字表法将本院60例多囊卵巢综合征患者分为两组，其中对照组采用常规二甲双胍治疗，试验组采用二甲双胍联合妈富隆（去氧孕烯炔雌醇）进行治疗，观察并比较两组患者经过治疗后的临床效果。结果：两组患者经过治疗后，试验组总有效率（96.67%）明显高于对照组（70.00%），试验组患者各生理指标明显低于对照组，试验组患者妊娠率（90.00%）明显高于对照组（50.00%），差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用二甲双胍联合妈富隆（去氧孕烯炔雌醇）对多囊卵巢综合征不孕进行治疗，不但能够改善患者胰岛素抵抗，而且有效促进排卵以达到妊娠目的，安全、有效，应该在临床上广泛应用。
목적：탐토이갑쌍고연합마부륭（거양잉희결자순）대다낭란소종합정불잉치료적림상효과。방법：채용수궤수자표법장본원60례다낭란소종합정환자분위량조，기중대조조채용상규이갑쌍고치료，시험조채용이갑쌍고연합마부륭（거양잉희결자순）진행치료，관찰병비교량조환자경과치료후적림상효과。결과：량조환자경과치료후，시험조총유효솔（96.67%）명현고우대조조（70.00%），시험조환자각생리지표명현저우대조조，시험조환자임신솔（90.00%）명현고우대조조（50.00%），차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：채용이갑쌍고연합마부륭（거양잉희결자순）대다낭란소종합정불잉진행치료，불단능구개선환자이도소저항，이차유효촉진배란이체도임신목적，안전、유효，응해재림상상엄범응용。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of metformin combined with marvelon(desogestrel ethinylestradiol) treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Method:By random digits table in our hospital 60 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were divided into two groups:the treatment group was given metformin, and the experimental group was given metformin combined with marvelon (desogestrel ethinylestradiol),and the clinical effect of two groups of patients was observed and compared after treatment.Result:After treatment, in the experimental group the total effective rate(96.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the physiologicalindexes of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,and the pregnancy rate of patients in the experimental group(90.00%) was significantly higher than the control group(50.00%),and there was statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin combined with marvelon(desogestrel ethinylestradiol) treatment for polycystic ovary syndrome infertility,not only can improve the patients with insulin resistance,but also effectively promote the ovulation in order to achieve the purpose of pregnancy,safe and effective and clinical practice.
