为解决饮料生产线系统建模分析困难的问题,提出一种基于消息的Petri网行为模型。将虚拟生产线行为化分为系统行为与实体行为,用系统状态迁移和实体状态迁移进行描述。将消息定义为一个六元组,作为实体间信息交流的载体。定义消息产生函数和消息消耗函数作为消息和行为的纽带,将消息纳入Petri网内资源实现对系统流程的控制。通过一段生产线组成的小系统实例描述行为模型的工作方式,在Virtools虚拟现实开发平台构建沉浸式灌装饮料生产线三维动态仿真系统。仿真结果表明,该行为模型能较好地对虚拟生产线系统进行搭建、控制与分析。

In order to solve the problem of modeling the filling beverage production-line system, a behavior model based on Petri nets with message is proposed. In this paper,behavior is classified as system behavior and entity behavior which is described respectively by system state-transition and entity state-transition. Message presented by a six group plays the role as the carrier of information communication between entities. Message generating function and message consumption function work as a bond of message and behavior,and it takes message into the Petri nets for controlling the system flow. An example of a part of the production-line as a small system shows the work mode of the behavior model proposed. An immerse 3D dynamic simulation system of the filling beverage production-line is implemented through the virtual reality platform of Virtools. Simulation results demonstrate that the behavior model proposed can build,control and analyze the virtual production-line system effectively.
