目的：：观察护理对髁支持钢板固定加植骨治疗股骨远端 C 型骨折手术患者的效果。方法：将40名股骨远端 C 型骨折手术患者分为对照组与护理组，每组各20例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法，护理组患者在对照组基础上增加心理护理，比较两组患者护理效果。结果：护理组患者总分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：髁支持钢板固定加植骨治疗股骨远端 C 型骨折患者在手术期间给予心理护理可减少患者的压力和提高生活质量。

목적：：관찰호리대과지지강판고정가식골치료고골원단 C 형골절수술환자적효과。방법：장40명고골원단 C 형골절수술환자분위대조조여호리조，매조각20례。대조조환자채용상규호리방법，호리조환자재대조조기출상증가심리호리，비교량조환자호리효과。결과：호리조환자총분고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：과지지강판고정가식골치료고골원단 C 형골절환자재수술기간급여심리호리가감소환자적압력화제고생활질량。
Objective: To observe nursing effects of condyle supporting steel plate fixation and bone graft in treatment of pa-tients with distal femoral type C facture surgery. Methods: 40 patients with distal femoral type C fractures surgery were divided into control group (n=20) and nursing group (n=20). The control group was given routine nursing care, while the nursing group was giv-en psychological nursing based on the routine nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The nursing group had a higher score than the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference (P<0. 05). Conclusions: For the patients with distal femoral type C facture surgery, the intraoperative psychological nursing based on the routine nursing can reduce the patient's pressure and improve the quality of life.
