目的:建立犬的不稳定膀胱动物模型,观察其尿流动力学的变化。方法健康雌性比格犬10只全麻下行膀胱颈口环扎术,手术3个月后行尿动力学检测,分析术前及术后相关尿动力值的变化。结果10只比格犬中有8只成功建立逼尿肌不稳定膀胱模型,术后3个月后测逼尿肌压力、最大膀胱容量、膀胱最大顺应性、尿道压力与术前相比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论模型成功建立为研究治疗膀胱过度活动症奠定一定基础,为进行大型动物造模提供了理论基础及技术指导,为今后开展人类微创手术治疗膀胱过度活动症提供理论操作平台。

목적:건립견적불은정방광동물모형,관찰기뇨류동역학적변화。방법건강자성비격견10지전마하행방광경구배찰술,수술3개월후행뇨동역학검측,분석술전급술후상관뇨동력치적변화。결과10지비격견중유8지성공건립핍뇨기불은정방광모형,술후3개월후측핍뇨기압력、최대방광용량、방광최대순응성、뇨도압력여술전상비차이명현(P<0.05)。결론모형성공건립위연구치료방광과도활동증전정일정기출,위진행대형동물조모제공료이론기출급기술지도,위금후개전인류미창수술치료방광과도활동증제공이론조작평태。
Objective To establish the animal model of bladder instability in dogs and observe its urodynamic changes. Methods Ten healthy female beagle dogs underwent bladder neck ligation with general anesthesia. After three months, we detected and analyzed changes in urodynamic data. Results Eight female dogs bladder detrusor instability model were successfully established. Detrusor pressure, maximum bladder capacity, maximum bladder compliance, urethral pressure were significant differences between preoperative and postoperative (P<0.05). Conclusions This method established canine model for large animals provide a theoretical basis and technical guidance, and also offer a platform for a minimally invasive surgical treatment of overactive bladder symptoms.
