目的：发现当前最受关注的医药卫生领域热点，为卫生管理及相关政策制定提供参考。方法检索2012－2013年CNKI数据库“医药卫生科技”大类收录的全部论文，获得被下载600次以上的最受关注论文进行统计分析。结果2012－2013年发表的论文中，下载超过600次的论文共256篇，其中肿瘤研究（21．48％）、医疗指南（9．73％）、糖尿病－心血管疾病－高血压等的循证医学治疗、医患关系、新型农村合作医疗位居最受关注内容的前5位，中医药相关研究在热点论文中也占有较大比例；国家级各种基金资助（包括国家自然科学基金、科技支撑计划、863、973、重点基础研究发展计划、重大新药创制等）论文占比26．17％。结论热点论文与国计民生联系紧密，高质量的医学综述和治疗指南在临床实践有很大需求。
목적：발현당전최수관주적의약위생영역열점，위위생관리급상관정책제정제공삼고。방법검색2012－2013년CNKI수거고“의약위생과기”대류수록적전부논문，획득피하재600차이상적최수관주논문진행통계분석。결과2012－2013년발표적논문중，하재초과600차적논문공256편，기중종류연구（21．48％）、의료지남（9．73％）、당뇨병－심혈관질병－고혈압등적순증의학치료、의환관계、신형농촌합작의료위거최수관주내용적전5위，중의약상관연구재열점논문중야점유교대비례；국가급각충기금자조（포괄국가자연과학기금、과기지탱계화、863、973、중점기출연구발전계화、중대신약창제등）논문점비26．17％。결론열점논문여국계민생련계긴밀，고질량적의학종술화치료지남재림상실천유흔대수구。
Objective To find the research hotspots in the field of medicine and health care in nearly 3 years, to provide valu-able information for health management and health policy makers.Methods All kinds of paperspublished in “medical technology”category of CNKI database whichwere retrieve.Papers download frequencies more than 600 times were analysed by visualized analytical toolTDA.Results During 2012-13, cancer research,the evidence-based medicine treatment and treatment guidelines of diabetes-car-diovascular disease-hypertension,the doctor-patient relationship, the New Rural CooperativeMedical Insurance were the top 5 most pop-ular regions.Related research of traditional Chinese medicine also occupied a large proportion among the hottest papers.The various National funding papers ( including the National Natural Science Funds, Science and Technology Support Plan, 863, 973, the Key Basic Research Development Plan, Major Drug Discovery, etc.) accounted for 26.17%.Conclusions Contens of the hottest papers are closely linked to national economy and the people’ s livelihood.There is a strong demand for high quality of clinical treatment guidelines.
