远端胃切除后消化道重建的方法很多，各有优劣。 Uncut-Roux-en-Y胃空肠吻合术保留了输入袢蠕动的连续性，可以减少术后滞留综合征、胆汁返流等不适。此手术完全在腹腔镜下完成，包括胃-空肠吻合、空肠空肠吻合（ Braun＇s吻合）及不切断的输入袢阻断。5例患者术后造影提示Uncut-Roux-en-Y吻合术后滞留综合征的发生减少。
遠耑胃切除後消化道重建的方法很多，各有優劣。 Uncut-Roux-en-Y胃空腸吻閤術保留瞭輸入袢蠕動的連續性，可以減少術後滯留綜閤徵、膽汁返流等不適。此手術完全在腹腔鏡下完成，包括胃-空腸吻閤、空腸空腸吻閤（ Braun＇s吻閤）及不切斷的輸入袢阻斷。5例患者術後造影提示Uncut-Roux-en-Y吻閤術後滯留綜閤徵的髮生減少。

There are many ways to reconstruct the digestive tract after distal gastrectomy, each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages. Uncut-Roux-en-Y gastrojejunostomy, retaining the peristaltic continuity of the afferent loop reduces retention syndrome, reflux of bile and other complications. This operation, including gastro-jejunostomy, side-to-side anastomosis of the jejunum ( Braun's anastomosis) and blocking of the afferent loop without cutting it, can be done under a laparoscope.Postoperative radiography of 5 patients showed that the occurrence of retention syndrome reduced after uncut-Roux-en-Y gastrojejunostomy.
