利用微波消解处理蓝莓,通过火焰原子吸收光谱法测定K、 Ca和Mg在76个品种蓝莓中的质量分数。结果表明,76种蓝莓中矿物质含量丰富,95%的蓝莓K的质量浓度在0.093%~5.06%,Ca的质量浓度在0.131%~0.826%,Mg的质量浓度在0.048%~0.246%。分析结果的相对标准偏差为0%~9.07%,加标回收率为96.23%~102.25%,具有良好的准确度和精确度。
利用微波消解處理藍莓,通過火燄原子吸收光譜法測定K、 Ca和Mg在76箇品種藍莓中的質量分數。結果錶明,76種藍莓中礦物質含量豐富,95%的藍莓K的質量濃度在0.093%~5.06%,Ca的質量濃度在0.131%~0.826%,Mg的質量濃度在0.048%~0.246%。分析結果的相對標準偏差為0%~9.07%,加標迴收率為96.23%~102.25%,具有良好的準確度和精確度。

The contents of K, Ca and Mg in 76 blueberries are determined by Microwave Diges-tion—Atomic Absorption Spectrum ( AAS) method. The experimental results indicate that,the K, Ca and Mg contents were 0. 093 % ~5. 06 %, 0. 131 % ~0. 826 % and 0. 048 % ~0. 246 % in 95% of blueberries, respectively. In addition , this method exhibited spike recov-eries for 3 mineral elements were 96 . 23% ~102 . 03% and RSDs of sample results were 0 ~9. 07%, with good accuracy and precision.
