︰在对社会主义新农村建设对农业实用人才需求分析的基础上，阐述了当前崇明县农民培训的现状及农业人才培训过程中的主要培训模式，主要包括集中培训式﹑现场指导式﹑互动交流式﹑媒体交互式﹑点菜式等多种培训模式，并剖析了每种模式的特点，进一步分析了崇明现有农业人才队伍存在的诸多问题，最后从加强人才队伍建设﹑加大农业类中高等教育﹑制定农民培训的配套政策等角度提出了解决崇明县农业人才培训问题的对策。

Based on the analysis of demand of socialism new rural construction for agricultural practical talents, this paper introduced the present situation of famer training and main training modes in Chongming county, such as traditional classroom teaching, on-site teaching, interaction teaching, media based teaching and tailor-made teaching, then analyzed the characteristics of each mode as well as the existing problems of farmer training in Chongming county. Finally, the author proposed policy suggestions in the aspects of talents recruitment, secondary and higher education in agriculture, matching polices to farmer training, in order to solve the existing problems of farmer training in Chongming county.
