目的：优选疗骨胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法：以浸膏得率、黄芪和秦艽薄层色谱以及乌头碱限量检测结果为考察指标，采用L9（34）正交试验优化提取工艺。结果：制川乌、制草乌的提取工艺为提取两次，第1次加水10倍，煎煮2.5h，第2次加水8倍，煎煮2h。黄芪等药材加水量10倍，每次煎煮1h，煎煮3次，薄层色谱斑点清晰，乌头碱限量符合要求。结论：优选的提取工艺稳定可行，可用于疗骨胶囊的大生产。

목적：우선료골효낭적최가제취공예。방법：이침고득솔、황기화진구박층색보이급오두감한량검측결과위고찰지표，채용L9（34）정교시험우화제취공예。결과：제천오、제초오적제취공예위제취량차，제1차가수10배，전자2.5h，제2차가수8배，전자2h。황기등약재가수량10배，매차전자1h，전자3차，박층색보반점청석，오두감한량부합요구。결론：우선적제취공예은정가행，가용우료골효낭적대생산。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process for Liaogu Capsules. Method:With the extract yield,Astragalus TLC and Gentiana TLC and aconitine test as the investigation index.L9 (34) orthogonal test was adoptd to optimize the extracting process. Result:The extraction process of aconiti preparata and prepared kusnezoff monkshood root extracted for two times,for the first time,added with 10 times the amount of water and decocted for 2.5 h,the second time,added with 8 times the amount of water,and decocted for 2 h. The ten herbs such as Radix Astragali added with 10 times the amount of water, decocted for 3 times and 1h each time. TLC spots were clear,Check the limit of Aconitine met the requirements. Conclusion:The optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible,which could be used for production of Liaogu Capsules.
