目的:探讨分析对2型糖尿病患者进行食品模具互动式教育的临床效果。方法:选取2013年1月~2013年6月间我院收治的2型糖尿病患者106例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(53例)和实验组(53例),为对照组患者进行常规护理,为实验组患者在进行常规护理的基础上实施食物模具互动式教育,观察对比两组患者的护理效果,并将对比的结果及两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果:实验组患者对治疗的依从性明显优于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。实验组患者的各项临床指标均明显优于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:对2型糖尿病患者进行食品模具互动式教育的临床效果显著,此护理方法不仅能有效改善患者的病情,还能提高其生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。

목적:탐토분석대2형당뇨병환자진행식품모구호동식교육적림상효과。방법:선취2013년1월~2013년6월간아원수치적2형당뇨병환자106례작위연구대상,채용수궤수자표법장기분위대조조(53례)화실험조(53례),위대조조환자진행상규호리,위실험조환자재진행상규호리적기출상실시식물모구호동식교육,관찰대비량조환자적호리효과,병장대비적결과급량조환자적림상자료진행회고성적분석。결과:실험조환자대치료적의종성명현우우대조조환자,차이현저(P<0.05),구유통계학의의。실험조환자적각항림상지표균명현우우대조조환자,차이현저(P<0.05),구유통계학의의。결론:대2형당뇨병환자진행식품모구호동식교육적림상효과현저,차호리방법불부능유효개선환자적병정,환능제고기생활질량,치득재림상상추엄응용。
objective: to study the analysis was carried out on the patients with type 2 diabetes food mold interactive effect of clinical education. Methods: from January 2013 to June 2013 of our hospital between 106 patients with type 2 diabetes as the research object, by using the method to random number table is divided into the control group (53 cases) and the experimental group (53 cases), as the control group patients with routine nursing care, as the experimental group patients on the basis of routine nursing implementation food mould interactive education, observation compared two groups of patients, the nursing effect of and the results of the comparison and the clinical data of two groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results: the patients’ adherence to treatment was better than control group patients, significant difference (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Clinical indicators of the experimental group patients were significantly better than the control group, patients with significant difference (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: for patients with type 2 diabetes food mold interactive education of clinical effect is remarkable, the nursing method not only can effectively improve the patient’s condition, can also improve the quality of life, is worth popularization and application in clinic.
