为简化永磁同步电动机控制系统结构,提出了一种基于直流侧电流的电磁转矩控制方法。该方法根据电磁转矩与直流侧电流的关系,将电磁转矩控制转化为对直流侧电流的控制,以实现电磁转矩的间接控制。与传统的电磁转矩控制方法相比,该方法仅需要一个采样电阻和一个电流控制器,无需复杂的坐标变换,可简化系统控制结构,提高系统的实时性。对某永磁同步电动机的实验结果表明,该方法是可行的。

To simplify the control structure of the permanent magnetic synchronous motors( PMSM) , a torque control strategy based on DC-link current was proposed.According to the relationship between the electro-magnetic torque and DC-link current of the converter, this strategy transformed torque control into DC-link current control, therefore could control the torque indirectly by measuring DC-link current.Compared with conventional torque control methods, this strategy does need only one sampling resistor and one current con-troller, and does not need complicate coordinate transformations.Therefore it can simplify the control struc-ture and improve the real-timing of the servo systems.Experimental results on a PMSM show that the pro-posed strategy is feasible.
