小型电机的温升问题中电机定子槽部绕组导热系数的确定是一个难点,通过分析电机定子槽的内部结构,运用传热学的有关知识建立了定子槽部绕组的导热模型,推导出了电机定子槽部绕组导热系数的计算方法。最后通过仿真与实验的对比,验证了这种模型及系数计算方法的适用性。

It is always a difficult point to figure out the thermal conductivity of small motor′stator-slot wind-ings, through analyzing the internal structure of stator-slot, using relevant theory of heat transmission, the e-quivalent thermal model of slot windings was established, and the method of calculate the thermal conductivi-ty of slot wingdings was devised.Finally the applicability of this model and method of calculation were veri-fied through comparing the simulation and experiments.
