Nowadays, the ideological education in colleges is facing new opportunities and challenges. In terms of organic combination of interview techniques in psychological counseling and ideological education in colleges, this paper analyzed the necessity of the application of psychological counseling interview techniques in ideological education in colleges, and introduced the application method of 3 typical kinds of interview techniques, proposed some advice on the application of interview techniques in ideological education in colleges.
