目的探讨早期护理干预HIE预后的影响。方法将112HIE患儿随机分为对照组和干预组，分别给予常规护理和早期护理干预，对比两组患儿预后效果。结果干预组格赛尔发育总有效率明显高于对照组，且<0.05。讨论早期护理干预，预后效果显著，值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the ef ect of early nursing intervention on HIE prognosis. Methods 112HIE were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,routine nursing and early nursing intervention respectively,compared two groups of patients'prognosis Ef ect.
