目的：研究骨折不愈合的临床特点，提出饮食对骨折愈合的影响。方法选取本院2014年1月~6月骨折患者30例，所有患者都自愿接受调查和服从所有准则，将这些患者随即分为两组，两组患者都采取手法复位来进行治疗，不过观察组在此基础上配合饮食疗法，对照组仅仅是药物治疗，观察两组患者骨折愈合时间以及骨密度的改善情况。结果30例骨折患者进行饮食的配合治疗，缩短了骨折的恢复时间，本组14例获得1~6个月随访，骨折全部愈合。观察组和对照组有着明显的差异，差异具有统计学意义。结论饮食调配骨折愈合具有一定的促进意义，可以缩短骨折愈合的时间，应该被广泛应用到临床治疗中。
목적：연구골절불유합적림상특점，제출음식대골절유합적영향。방법선취본원2014년1월~6월골절환자30례，소유환자도자원접수조사화복종소유준칙，장저사환자수즉분위량조，량조환자도채취수법복위래진행치료，불과관찰조재차기출상배합음식요법，대조조부부시약물치료，관찰량조환자골절유합시간이급골밀도적개선정황。결과30례골절환자진행음식적배합치료，축단료골절적회복시간，본조14례획득1~6개월수방，골절전부유합。관찰조화대조조유착명현적차이，차이구유통계학의의。결론음식조배골절유합구유일정적촉진의의，가이축단골절유합적시간，응해피엄범응용도림상치료중。
Objective To study the clinical characteristics of fracture healing, the ef ect of diet on bone fracture healing. Methods In our hospital from 2014 January ~6 months fractures in patients with 30 cases, al patients arevoluntarily accept and from al the criteria, the patients were divided into two groups, two groups of patients were given manipulative reduction for treatment, but the observation group based on the combined with diet therapy, the control group was only drug treatment, observation two groups of patients with fracture healing time and the improvement of bone mineral density. Results With the treatment of 30 cases of fractures were treated by diet, shorten the recovery time of fracture, 14 cases of this group was 1 ~ 6 months fol ow-up, al fractures healed. The observation group and the control group have obvious dif erence, the dif erence was statistical y significant. Conclusion Diet has a certain significance in promoting fracture healing, can shorten the healing time, should be widely applied in clinical treatment.
