目的通过2年的追踪观察，对接受苯磺酸氨氯地平，左旋氨氯地平，马来酸氨氯地平，非洛地平及硝苯地平治疗的高血压患者、进行临床治疗与观察分析。方法186例接受钙通道阻滞剂治疗的患者，每年参与年度体检；生活方式调整：限盐，增加体力活动。结果苯磺酸氨氯地平，左旋氨氯地平和马来酸氨氯地平治疗组患者收缩压(mmHg)控制在130.9±12.91，134±15.25和137.7±13.53；舒张压(mmHg)控制在82.68±9.545，84.35±8.28和85.25±7.95；低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)在苯磺酸氨氯地平和马来酸氨氯地平治疗组明显降低，但不具有统计学意义。马来酸氨氯地平医疗费用明显低于其它组。讨论2年临床治疗追踪分析，我们发现苯磺酸氨氯地平，左旋氨氯地平和马来酸氨氯地平均能很好控制血压，同时对LDL-C有明显的影响。

Objective To investigate the clinical ef ects of five types of CCB medication on the blood pressure of patients over the period of two years.The five types of CCB medication include Amlodipine besylate,Levamlodipine,Amlodipine maleate,Elodipine and Nifedipine.Methods Analyze the results of three annual physical examinations of 186 hypertensive patientswho use Amlodipine besylate, Levamlodipine,Amlodipine maleate,Elodipine and Nifedipine.Al patients were given the same suggestions on lifestyle modification such as limiting sodium intake and increase in exercise.Results The average blood pressure of patients who use Amlodipine besylate,Levamlodipine,Amlodipine maleate are130.9±12.91,134±15.25and137.7±13.53.(SP mmHg);82.68±9.545,84.35±8.28and 85.25±7.95 (DP mmHg).LDL-C in the amlodipine besylate,and amlodipine maleate treatment group were lower than others,but no statistical significance.Amlodipine maleate medical costs was lower compare with other groups.Conclusion The average blood pressure of patients who use Amlodipine besylate,Levamlodipineor Amlodipine maleate,is significantly more stable than the average blood pressure of patients who use Nifedipine orFelodipine.Moreover,drug prices have an impact on the patients’choice of drugs.
