目的探讨护理干预对青光眼患者就医情绪及满意度的影响。方法选取2011年7月~2013年7月我院收治的青光眼患者72例，采用随机对照方法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组36例。对照组给予常规护理措施，观察组在此基础上加以护理干预，比较两组患者就医情绪及满意度。结果两组患者SAS和SDS评分较护理前均有明显改善(<0.05)；两组评分比较，差异有统计学意义(<0.05)；观察组患者就医满意度为97.2%，对照组患者术后满意度为83.3%；观察组患者就医满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论护理干预可有效改善青光眼患者的就医情绪，提高患者满意度。
목적탐토호리간예대청광안환자취의정서급만의도적영향。방법선취2011년7월~2013년7월아원수치적청광안환자72례，채용수궤대조방법장기분위관찰조화대조조，매조36례。대조조급여상규호리조시，관찰조재차기출상가이호리간예，비교량조환자취의정서급만의도。결과량조환자SAS화SDS평분교호리전균유명현개선(<0.05)；량조평분비교，차이유통계학의의(<0.05)；관찰조환자취의만의도위97.2%，대조조환자술후만의도위83.3%；관찰조환자취의만의도현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(<0.05)。결론호리간예가유효개선청광안환자적취의정서，제고환자만의도。
Objective To explore the medical emotional and satisfaction of nursing intervention on patients with glaucoma.Methods The 72 glaucoma patients during the time from July 2011 to July 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group contained 36 cases.The control group received routine care,the observation group received nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The medical emotional and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Care after the nursing of two groups of patients with SAS and SDS scores were significantly improved( <0.05).Compared scores with the two groups,the dif erence was statistical y significant( <0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was 97.2%,while the satisfaction of control group was 83.3%.The satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention can ef ectively improve the medical emotion and satisfaction of glaucoma patients.
