目的对开展人文关怀护理前后住院患者对护理服务满意度进行评价,比较实施人文关怀护理前后患者对护理服务满意度的效果。方法自行设计护理服务满意度评价表,在内、外、妇、儿4个病区进行试点,将开展人文关怀护理前后患者对护理服务满意度进行回顾性比较分析。结果将人文关怀护理融入护理活动中,患者对护理服务满意度大大提高,与实施人文关怀护理前比较,差异有统计学意义,<0.01。结论开展人文关怀护理可以使“以患者为中心”的护理理念得到更充分的体现,可更深层次地体现人文关怀和人性化服务,能够有效提高护理服务满意度。

Objective To assess the inpatients’satisfaction with care received before and after the adoption of humanistic care nursing,in order to gauge the ef ect of humanistic care nursing on patient satisfaction.Methods Four pilot wards of medicine,surgery,gynecology and pediatrics,respectively,where humanistic care nursing was adopted,were surveyed with nursing service satisfaction evaluation sheets and the responses before and after the adoption were analyzed retrospectively and comparatively.Results The incorporation of humanistic care into nursing practice greatly enhanced patient satisfaction, making a statistical y significant dif erence ( <0.01).Conclusion By embodying the patient-centered nursing philosophy and the idea of humanistic care and personalized service,the adoption of humanistic care nursing can ef ectively enhance patients’satisfaction with nursing service.
