通过Heck反应,以4,4′‐二碘联苯和丙烯酸为原料,壳聚糖负载钯为催化剂,合成了3,3′‐(1,1′‐二苯基‐4,4′‐二基)‐二丙烯酸.考察了反应温度、时间、原料配比等因素对产率的影响.结果表明最佳反应条件为:反应温度为100℃,时间为20h,原料配比为1∶3.测试了壳聚糖负载钯催化剂的重复使用性能,并用IR、1HNMR和MS对产物进行了表征。
通過Heck反應,以4,4′‐二碘聯苯和丙烯痠為原料,殼聚糖負載鈀為催化劑,閤成瞭3,3′‐(1,1′‐二苯基‐4,4′‐二基)‐二丙烯痠.攷察瞭反應溫度、時間、原料配比等因素對產率的影響.結果錶明最佳反應條件為:反應溫度為100℃,時間為20h,原料配比為1∶3.測試瞭殼聚糖負載鈀催化劑的重複使用性能,併用IR、1HNMR和MS對產物進行瞭錶徵。

3 ,3′‐(1 ,1′‐Diphenyl‐4 ,4′‐diyl)‐bisacrylic acid was synthesized by Heck reaction with diiodobiphenyl and acrylic acid as raw materials ,and chitosan‐supported palladium as catalyst . Also ,some factors including temperature and time were investigated to find the optimum con‐dition of the reaction .It was found that the yield could be improved if the reaction was per‐formed at 100 ℃ for 20 h and the ratio of raw materials was 1∶3 .The properties of the cata‐lyst for repeated use were investigated .And the product was characterized by IR、1 H NMR and MS .
