2014年，山东省金融业保持了良好的发展态势，有力支撑和保障了全省经济社会发展。金融机构总体实力和稳健性不断提高，社会融资规模稳步增长，信贷结构不断优化。金融资源支持重点领域和薄弱环节力度加大，金融服务实体经济的针对性和有效性逐步增强。地方金融改革深入推进，区域金融组织体系多元化进程加快，金融生态环境和基础设施建设继续加强，金融监管成效显著，地方金融监管体系逐步建立，区域金融稳定工作机制进一步完善。但是，在“三期叠加”形势下，全省经济增长环境复杂严峻，各种风险因素不断暴露，对山东省金融稳定形成了一定的冲击。

In 2014, the financial sector of Shandong Province continued to maintain rapid and healthy develop-ment, which creates a favorable financial environment for the regional economic upgrading. On one hand the overall strength of financial institutions rising steadily,the scale of social financing growing gradually and the credit structure optimized constantly. On the other hand local financial reform go further,regional financial organization system diver-sification process accelerating, financial ecosystem environmental and infrastructure continue optimized,financial su-pervision strengthened and regional financial stability mechanism further improved. However,currently,we also face some difficulties, for example, the environment of our province's economic growth go into complex and challeng-ing,various risk factors continuous to expose ,that formed a certain impact to the financial stability of the province.
