目的探讨雷诺考特治疗过敏性鼻炎患者效果。方法将本院2012年7月~2015年1月收治的180例过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究的对象，根据随机原则分组。A组患者口服氯雷他定片治疗，B组患者接受氯雷他定联合雷诺考特治疗。观察并对比两组患者在临床疗效和不良反应方面的差异性。结果与A组对比，B组治疗后总有效率明显较高，差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。对比两组不良反应发生率，差异无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论雷诺考特治疗过敏性鼻炎患者效果良好，有利于改善患者临床症状，且安全性高，值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic ef ect of Rhinocort in al ergic rhinitis patients. Methods 180 cases of al ergic rhinitis patients in this hospital from 2012 07 to 2015 01 months were treated as the object of study, according to the principle of random grouping. A group of patientswith oral Loratadine Tablets treatment, group B received loratadine combined with Rhinocort treatment. Observe and dif erences in theef icacy and adverse reaction of the two group of patients of contrast.Results Compared with A group, B group after treatment, the total ef iciencywas significantly higher, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05).The two groups compared the incidence of adverse reactions, no significant dif erence ( >0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic ef ect of Rhinocort in al ergic rhinitis patients is very good, is conducive to the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients, and high safety, and is worthy of popularization and application.
