目的:考察不同促透剂对蛇床子素微乳经皮渗透作用的影响。方法:采用Franz扩散池,以离体小鼠皮肤为透皮屏障,生理盐水为接受介质,分别配制含不同促透剂的蛇床子素微乳,用HPLC法测定蛇床子素的经皮渗透量。结果:几种促透剂对蛇床子素微乳透皮速率均有明显促进作用,以0.5%冰片的促透作用最好。结论:0.5%冰片为蛇床子素微乳体外透皮制剂的最佳促透剂。

목적:고찰불동촉투제대사상자소미유경피삼투작용적영향。방법:채용Franz확산지,이리체소서피부위투피병장,생리염수위접수개질,분별배제함불동촉투제적사상자소미유,용HPLC법측정사상자소적경피삼투량。결과:궤충촉투제대사상자소미유투피속솔균유명현촉진작용,이0.5%빙편적촉투작용최호。결론:0.5%빙편위사상자소미유체외투피제제적최가촉투제。
Objective:To observe the influence of two kinds of permeation enhancer on the percutaneous permeation of osthole microemulsion. Methods:Osthole microemulsion containing different penetration enhancer was prepared. Franz dif-fusion cell was used,isolated skins of mouse were as penetration barrier and physiological saline was as acceptance medi-um.The osmoiality of osthole was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results:Osmotic rates of osthole microemulsion were advanced by permeation enhancers. Among them,effect of 0.5% borneol was the best. Conclusion:0.5%borneol is the best penetration enhancer of osthole microemulsion.
