目的比较支撑喉镜与电子、纤维喉镜下治疗声带息肉的疗效。方法由两人独立检索Cochrane协作网、PubMed、EMbase、CNKI、CBM、维普、万方数据库，按纳入排除标准进行文献筛选、资料提取和质量评价，用RevMan 5.1.0软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入8篇文献，共950例受试者，Meta分析显示：①两种手术方式治疗声带息肉的总有效率无统计学差异也RR=1.06，95%CI(0.97,1.15)，=0.20页，两种手术方式治疗声带息肉的治愈率无统计学差异也RR=1.18，95%CI(0.99,1.41)，=0.07页；②支撑喉镜下切除广基声带息肉的治愈率高于电子、纤维喉镜组也RR=1.51，95%CI(1.27,1.79)，<0.00001页。结论两种手术方式治疗声带息肉的总有效率、治愈率均无明显统计学差异，但支撑喉镜下切除广基声带息肉的治愈率优于电子、纤维喉镜。
목적비교지탱후경여전자、섬유후경하치료성대식육적료효。방법유량인독립검색Cochrane협작망、PubMed、EMbase、CNKI、CBM、유보、만방수거고，안납입배제표준진행문헌사선、자료제취화질량평개，용RevMan 5.1.0연건진행Meta분석。결과납입8편문헌，공950례수시자，Meta분석현시：①량충수술방식치료성대식육적총유효솔무통계학차이야RR=1.06，95%CI(0.97,1.15)，=0.20혈，량충수술방식치료성대식육적치유솔무통계학차이야RR=1.18，95%CI(0.99,1.41)，=0.07혈；②지탱후경하절제엄기성대식육적치유솔고우전자、섬유후경조야RR=1.51，95%CI(1.27,1.79)，<0.00001혈。결론량충수술방식치료성대식육적총유효솔、치유솔균무명현통계학차이，단지탱후경하절제엄기성대식육적치유솔우우전자、섬유후경。
Objective To evaluate the ef icacy of treating vocal cord polyp objectively by suspension laryngoscopy versus electronic laryngoscope or fibrolaryngoscope.Methods Databases as Cochrane Central Register of Control ed Trials , PubMed, EMbase, CNKI, CBM, VIPand Wanfang were searched. After study selection, reviewers conducted the assessment and extracted data independently. And then meta-analyses were performed by using the RevMan 5.1 software.Results Eight studies involving, 950 patients were included. The results of meta-analyses showed that:No statistical significance between the two the operations about the total ef ective rate [RR=1.06,95%CI (0.97,1.15), =0.20].No statistical significance between the two the operations about the cure rate [RR=1.18,95%CI (0.99,1.41), =0.07].But the cure rate of treating wide vocal cord polyp by suspension laryngoscopy is higher than through electronic laryngoscope or fibrolaryngoscope [RR=1.51,95%CI (1.27,1.79), <0.00001].Conclusion The cur ent evidence shows that no statistical significance between the two the operations about the total ef ective rate and the cure rate. But it's more ef ective to treat wide vocal cord polyp by suspension laryngoscopy than electronic laryngoscope or fibrolaryngoscope.
