In order to improve the overall performance of the hydraulic system, this paper which based on the Fluent studied the flow field in the working process of the steel ball-valve structure and analyzed the distribution of the fluid velocity and the pressure within it’s working process,then the reliability of the steel ball-valve structure was verified.
