对汽车起重机起升机构进行分析,找出其油耗高的原因并作出改进。利用AMESim仿真软件搭建了起升机构的仿真模型,介绍了其中主要元件的数学模型,最后对起升工况进行了仿真模拟,得出在定量泵和变量泵下产生的不同的发动机输出功率,由此可以得出变量泵对降低油耗所起的作用。

For truck crane hoisting mechanism is analyzed, and find out the reasons of high fuel consumption and make improvement. Using AMESim simulation software to build the simulation model of lifting mechanism, this paper introduces the main components of the mathe-matical model, finally, the simulation for hoisting working condition, it is concluded that in quantitative pump and variable pump under dif-ferent engine power output, which can reflect the role of the variable pump to reduce fuel consumption.
