文章在总结高校教师素质评价的研究现状基础上,从实际调查入手,运用胜任特征评价技术对高校教师的素质特征的结构维度进行初步的探讨。研究发现,“知识素质特征”、“能力素质特征”、“反思素质特征”、“创新素质特征”、“操守素质特征”及“行为素质特征”是高校教师素质特征评价中六个最具代表性的结构维度。

On the basis of research status on quality evaluation of university teachers, the paper, starting from the actual investigation, uses competency evaluation techniques to conduct a preliminary study on structural dimensions of university teachers' quality characteristics. The study finds that the quality characteristics of Knowledge, the quality characteristics of Innovative, the quality characteristics of ability, the quality characteristics of reflection, the quality characteristics of conduct and the quality characteristics of behavior are the six most representative structural dimensions in the evaluation of quality characteristics of university teachers .
