目的:以大蒜黄酮含量为指标,考察影响微波提取大蒜黄酮的主要因素,并确定微波提取大蒜黄酮的最佳工艺条件。方法:通过正交试验考察了微波时间、乙醇浓度、料液比对大蒜黄酮提取的影响,从而得到最佳的提取工艺。结果:微波提取大蒜黄酮的最佳工艺条件是:乙醇浓度80%,微波功率中火,微波时间150 s,料液比1∶40。结论:微波提取法具有提取率高、速度快、溶剂用量少、安全、节能、设备简单等优点,本实验为优化大蒜黄酮的提取工艺奠定了基础。

목적:이대산황동함량위지표,고찰영향미파제취대산황동적주요인소,병학정미파제취대산황동적최가공예조건。방법:통과정교시험고찰료미파시간、을순농도、료액비대대산황동제취적영향,종이득도최가적제취공예。결과:미파제취대산황동적최가공예조건시:을순농도80%,미파공솔중화,미파시간150 s,료액비1∶40。결론:미파제취법구유제취솔고、속도쾌、용제용량소、안전、절능、설비간단등우점,본실험위우화대산황동적제취공예전정료기출。
Objective:To optimize extraction technology of garlic flavonoids according the amount of flavonoids as index. Method:Influences of microwave pretreatment time,ethanol concentration and the ratio of solid to liquid on yield of garlic flavonoids were inspected by orthogonal experiment design,then optimum technology conditions were obtained. Result:The optimum process conditions were as follows:microwave power was set at medium fire,the time of microwave pretreatment was 150 s,the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶40 and ethanol concentration was 80%. Conclusion:Microwave-assisted ex-traction of garlic flavonoids has many advantages,such as high extraction rate,fast speed,less solvent consumption,etc.
