德国“双元制”职教模式被我国职教界大力推崇，中德职业教育合作成为中国对外合作中的“标杆”。新疆中德职业教育合作办学尚处在尝试探索阶段。本文以新疆职业大学与德国职业教育联盟合作办学为例，分析了新疆中德职业教育合作办学的适应性，以期对新疆职业教育合作办学的进一步发展有所裨益。

The German”dual system” vocational education mode is advocated in our country, the Sino German occupation education cooperation has become the“benchmarking”of the foreign cooperation in the China. Vocational education of Xinjiang Sino German cooperation is still in the trial stage. This paper takes Xinjiang Vocational University’s cooperation with the German school as an example, the analysis of adaptability of Xinjiang and German’s cooperation about occupational education, so as to benefit the further development of cooperation on Xinjiang occupation education.
